Device I/O error on workbook close

Greetings,

I am getting this Visual Basic error:

Device I/O error

Sometimes when I close a workbook! Or sometimes it closes itself!!

Anyone have any idea's as to what could be causing this error???

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
