Disable copy and print command
I am using excel 2000 i have created an excel sheet which i don't what to be

No.
Don't share it with anyone you think may share it or print it. Any solution that you get here would depend on macros (I bet). And macros can be disabled. Excel's protection isn't made to protect intellectual property. You can make bullet-proof security. You can prevent honest folk from
performing some actions.
