Check boxes with assigned values
 

I need to put together a form that allows users to select check boxes which
will have a corresponding value of "1" . The check boxes will then be added
up. Each row (day of the week) will have 35 check boxes: is there a
simple/quick way of copying/pasting the check boxes for subsequent days.
