I have a worksheet that is olding employee data. There is a column beside the
employee's name that holds the crew that employee is on. What I am doing is I use a Match function to locate the particular employee. That pointer is then transfered to code where a particular safety partcipation value is placed in a column using the row of that employee. What I need to do then is select the colmun with the employee's crew in it and take that value and compare it in a summary page which only has the crew listing. How do I find the value of the crew column? |
