Where or what would be good resources to learn the programming code under
excel. I have a somewhat simple project to do in excel but I would like to
learn how to best do it.

Excellent, this is exactly what I need.

This particular project was somewhat complicated to explain. And I am bound
not to share details of it based on my companies polcies.
