Want to change from uppercase "A" to lowercase "a".
Is it possible ? Thank you.

Change the "Normal" Style font to another font closer to your desires.

VBA function is LCASE()

Oops!! I didnt notice that it is column header you are talking about.

This can be only changed to numerics 1,2,3..... or A,B,C......
