RibbonX ToggleButton Pressed State
Is it possible to change the state of a toggleButton on Ribbon at run
time? I use a custom toggleButton which is always visible to show/hide another custom Tab on the ribbon. Only authorized users should access this tab, so the button actually calls a userform requesting a password. There is no problem when switching from On to Off (hide tab). But when switching from Off to On (show tab), there are two cases with a problem: 1. When wrong password is entered. 2. Cancel button is clicked. I have no problem keeping the custom tab hidden in these 2 cases, however the button has already changed to On. In this situation, can I change the pressed state back to Off, or do I have to tell users that this is 'by design' and to click the button twice. Thanks Dovy |
