Default Help With MS Excel 2007

Hi, can anyone help me? Im trying to get data in a row to follow a specific
cell when doing a sort.
Example.
User Tab(worksheet)Cell A1 has users name. Example. John Smith
Application Tab(worksheet)Cell A1 = 'User Tab'!A1 (John Smith)
Columns B-V on Application Tab has users application info.
If I sort Names on USER TAB(worksheet) the corresponding Application TAB will
have the same names but the application info in columns B-V will not stay
with the name. So User Tab(Worksheet) A1 is now Mary Johnson. A1 in
Application Tab(Worksheet) is Mary Johnson but everything else in Columns B-V
on Application Tab belongs to John Smith.
Is there a way to keep the application data info to stick with the name
after the sort. In User Tab(Worksheet)?

Thanks for any help that you can provide.
