I have a list of Track Meet Events (25 Columns) and a list of participants
(500 Rows) I have a check mark in each column for the events they have entered. Many participants have entered multiple events but are only allowed to enter 3 events without additional approval so i need to turn additional events red but still have them listed. The list can be on the same sheet i just need an easier way to view each participants entered events. I do not need to see participants who have not signed up for events but if the data output is per row that is fine. Thanks for any help and sorry again i typed in all Caps. I think a formula with Large is what i need but i cannot figure it out. Please help. |

Tomkat,
Reply to me privately and I will forward you a track meet spreadsheet, where you can enter names and events, and apply filters to either see the events that someone has entered, or see (and print) a list of runners entered in each event.
