I have use filter and advance filter but both option freeze up the screen
with the laod I am putting on...it takes long to recover it is excel 2002 |

I think you have a resources problem. I recommend splitting the sheet into
manageable sizes, maybe four sheets of 12.5K rows, do your filtering and recombine results on a fifth sheet, for a final filtered result.
