Unable to Record Macro in 2007

I am using Excel 2007 and want to record a macro. I have activated the
Developer tab and enabled the "all macros (not recommended, potentially
dangerous code can run)" option under Macro Settings. I even saved the file
as a Macro-Enabled workbook. Will all this being done the option to record a
macro is greyed out and therefore I am unble to click on it to start the
recording.
I am sure I am missing something....any help with me much appreciated :)

I doubled checked all my tabs and the file itself and nothing is protected.
Open to other ideas :)
