Select new Ribbon as default

Hi,

I added new ribbon on my Excel add-in.
The new ribbon was added on the end.
I need your help in 2 issues:
1. How can I make the new ribbon to be the first one on the ribbon bar?
2. How can I select the new ribbon as default? (instead of the file).
