Web query

Hi William,

Open the workbook and click somewhere in the imported data range. Right
click in this area and select Data Range Properties. In the dialogue that
appears you will find all the settings you are looking for:

Query Definition
Save query definition (should allow the import to be performed by
whoever you send the book to)
Refresh control
Refresh Data on file open

And so on.

I hope this helps.

Sean.

I just learned about this Data Import External Data New Web Query...

I had been copying the data by hand.

I was able to get the data to import OK.
Just as if I had copied it by hand.
My question is, the next time I open the .xls application, will the data
automatically be updated?
Is there an option I have to set, to cause this action to happen
automatically?

If it will automatically update as it is, if I email this improved
application to a coworker, will the improvement be included within the
application or is there another file that also has to be sent?

Thanks

William
