Removal of cell contents
 

I was wondering if there is a macro where I can have it look at my data in a
worksheet and if it meets several criteria to remove contents of a cell in
three columns?
The data can grow each week, so I would need somet ype of dowhile loop I
believe.
The criteria I would like to keep contents for is the following:
Below I have listed column name and than criteria value that will need to be
met to keep cell contents all otjers remove cell contents.
Defect = "Yes"
Human Error = "Yes", or "No"
Year = 2008 or greater
Status = "Closed", OR "Closed - No Action" OR "Continuous"
