ExcelBanter - Addding dropdown to command bar

I would appreciate some help with this.

I want to replace one of the command buttons with a dropdown control with
several menu items each of which could have an onAction property.

Here is what I am starting with.

Any assistance and a bit of code would be greatly appreciated.
