A trip to the help section of Excel would have gotten you an answer quite
quickly.

Right-click on a sheet tab and "select all sheets".

Or CTRL + click on sheet tabs if just want some sheets to be included.

Whatever you do to one sheet in the group will be done to all sheets in the
group.
