Okay. Everything works great until a holiday or weekend gets in the mix.
I'm looking at =NETWORKDAY, but there are several problems.

....I'm wondering if the from and two dates have to be together. When I use
the formula =NETWORKDAYS(O21,U21,Holidays2009) I get 24:00 instead of 0:00.
