Question please

If a cell for example cell B:603 is a hyperlink And I call it 5466, is it
possible when I use the delete button so I can change it to 5497 I do not
have to put in another hyperlink, as this is a pane when I've got to update
400 or more, hence the delete as if it was only a couple to do I would
overite 5466 to 5497 and so on.
