I have a workbook that starts with two worksheets. Sheet 1 is a time sheet
and sheet 2 a list of employees.

A drop down list from sheet 2 populates the cells in sheet 1.

Sheet 2 contains formula regarding the number of shifts recorded in sheet 1.

I have recorded a macro that creates a new sheet and archives the sheet 1
data leaving it clear for the next period. The new sheet is named after a
cell in sheet 1 i.e. the date.

I am looking for a way to view an achieved page using the sheet 2 formulas
without loosing information on sheet 1.

Does this make sense?

Hi Wobbly,

I guess that an archieved page shoul never change.
I suggest that you use Paste Special -- Value when copying the
contents of Sheet1 to an archive sheet.
In this way the calculated results will be copied and not the
formulas.
Ideally you add protection to the archive sheet so a special action
must be done before the sheet can be changed.

Woouter
