Filter range based on results of multiple selections in a listbox
 

I want to be able to filter a set of data this is in A4:S543

I want to display a list of items from column F (F4:F543) in a listbox (or
similar) where multipule items could be selected by the user, and then
filter the data based on column F

Below is a small excert of data from F and the column in front and behind

How could this be down?
