IF Statement Help

I have a IF statement that is not working please help.

=if(AF3<=660,"Yes",if(AE3=50%,"Yes","No"). When I input 49% in AE3
it says Yes, when I need it to say No. It is counting AF3 as a 0,
when it is blank. I would also like to have the cell blank when both
AF3 and AE3 are blank.

Please help

Try this...

=IF(AND(AF3<=660,AF3<""),"Yes",IF(AE3=50%,"Yes", "No"))

You can not use AF3=50%, you must use AF3=.5

=IF(AND(ISBLANK(AE3),ISBLANK(AF3)),"",IF(AF3<=660, "Yes",IF(AE3=0.5,"Yes","No")))

Maybe you really want =or()

=if(or(af3="",ae3=""),"",if(af3<=660,....

Yes, you can use: af3=50%

It may make it easier for the OP to read the formula.

What if I want if AE3 and AF3 are blank then leave blank.

Okay AE350% does work just fine, my bad.

This formula works if

ae3 and af3 are both blank or
ae3 has a value and af3 is blank or
ae3 has a value and af3 has a value

=IF(AND(ISBLANK(AE3),ISBLANK(AF3)),"",IF(AND(AF3<= 660,
AF3<""),"Yes",IF(AE3=50%,"Yes","No")))
