File Sizes are much larger
i ran some code from a previous post "Protect multiple sheets at one time
with options" I am the one who posted that questions. now i have another concerning that. Since i ran the code my file sizes went from 316-418kb to 2.6-5.7mg is there some cleaning i need to do on these files? i didn't realize the changes until i had to email them. Many thanks in advance. |

I haven't followed the thread where you received the code but perhaps it is
increasing the Excel-perceived usedrange in your sheets. Where does CTRL + End take you on a sheet? See Debra Dalgleish's site for more on this and how to reduce the usedrange. http://www.contextures.on.ca/xlfaqApp.html#Unused Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Wed, 7 Jan 2009 10:00:45 -0500, "Greg" wrote: i ran some code from a previous post "Protect multiple sheets at one time with options" I am the one who posted that questions. now i have another concerning that.
