How do I display the winner's name in a ranked list of names?
 

I have an excel spreadsheet I use for an NFL Pool. I think it works fairly
well. I wanted to display the "Pool Winner's" name from a list of ranked
names.

If anyone has a way to determine the Playoff seeds, that would be great too.
