How can I calculate peak minutes in Excel? (< 9:00 PM, weekdays)
 
I am looking for a formula in Excel that will calculate peak and non-peak
cell phone minutes. Non-peak hours are after 9:00 PM and on weekends.

How can I calculate peak minutes in Excel? (< 9:00 PM, weekday
 
I believe the peak minutes start at 7 AM the following day.
I tried nested statements but it blows up on me.
