COPY AND PROTECT

Help please.
Text from sheet 1 to be copied in sheet2 and protected in sheet2. It can be
edited only in sheet 1. Same time other cells which do not have text copied
from the sheet2 is unprotected. User can not modify text which copied from
the sheet1 but can add his remarks after copied from sheet1(and protected)
text. ???
