Transfer data between 2 workbooks opened with IE
 

I have two separate Excel files that are opened from our portal using IE.
Once calculates values which need to then be posted to the other file. The
extraction routine works fine when these files are on a local file folder.
If doesn't work from IE though. It appears that IE doesn't want to open two
Excel files at the same time. Any suggestions on how to make this work?
