three or more interconnected worksheets

I'd like to open 4 worksheets. First would be the Main Stock spreadsheet
where I'd be entering the stock of about 500 plus good with expiry date
received. Second would be the sub stock spreadsheet. Third would be the
expiry date spreaadsheet. I'd speak about the fourth at the end.

The good which is deducted from the Main spreadsheet should immediately be
added in the sub stock spreadsheet of the same good on the same date. Later
the stock of a particular good will be deducted on daily basis as per its
consumption.

The good which is entered in the Main spreadsheet should be automatically
added to the Expiry spreadsheet chronologically, ie. suppose a particular
good with expiry date Jan. 2011 is received today and say another lot of the
same good with expiry date Aug. 2010 is received at a later date this should
automatically precede the earlier entry. And say a third lot with expiry date
Mar. 2011 is again received this should succeed both the earlier entries
automatically.

The fourth spreadsheet should automatically make a list of good that expire
in the next six months and this should get updated every month so that a
watch can be kept.

Please anybody out there HELP.
