Multi Pages Setup
 

I wonder if you can help with this form.
I created a multipages form with "Page1" and "Page2". Each one has labels
with boxes and "OK" bottom (see code below). I do not know how to set the
code for the object and the statement in my module.
Could you please tell me how to do it.
