restore sheet
 
goodevening guys
i have moved a sheet from my worbook and saved it in desktop. that sheet
contains too many formulas and if i copy and paste then it will take me three
days.
is there any way that i can restore it back?
your help in this matter is much appreciated

I'm not sure I understand the problem. If I had a workbook in one place and
wanted it in another, I would just open windows explorer move it from one to
the other. There is also a method of SaveAs that accomplishes the same thing
from one directory to another, just requires clean up to get rid of the
duplicate files. Maybe I missed something?

Do you mean that you have removed one sheet to a separate workbook? If
so open both workbooks, right click on the required sheet & use Move or
Copy. Simply select the original workbook where it says To Book:
