Changing hour and minutes to percentage of hours
 

I am making a time card for work. I have formated it so that it came out in
hours and minutes. My work wants the totals to be in percentages of an hour.
ie: 4hrs 30 minutes should be shown as 4.5 hours. Could someone please tell
me how to change the format?

hi
a quick way would be to multiply your 4 hr 30 min by 24(hours in a day) then
format as general.
