Remove All White Space
 

How do I remove all the white spaces from the text in a single cell. In one
cell I have two words, "Report Name" I want to copy this to another cell with
out the single whitespace in the midde like this, "ReportName".

With a formula: =SUBSTITUTE(A1," ","")
But you can also use Edit | Find and Replace. In the find box tap the Space
key once, leave the With box empty
