Update Access 2007 Table Using Excel 2007 VBA

Hi,

I want to update a table in access 2007 database, with some values in excel
2007 sheet using VBA / MAcro programming.

I am not able to use the "OLEDBConnection" to perform this operation. Any
pointers on the code, how to do this would really helpful
