covert xls to xml
 

i exported the data from a website into xml format
converted the xml format to xls format using exult software
updated the xls file
now i want to convert it back to xml file so that i can import it back to
the website
i have tried a lot of softwares that do not work

any suggestions for any software or any steps to do that would be much
appreciated.
