add toggle button in excel
 

im using excel 2003. I like to add in toggle button at the end of the sheet,
so that "toggle button - Back" is click, it will lead user back to the top.
And also another toggle - named Next, which i like it to be click and lead it
to next sheet. i have 20+ sheets in my workbook, which is the simplest way i
can do this?
