i want to set page width 8'' and height as 4'' in excell
how do i do that?

It all depends of your printer properties, but this is how you get to where
you choose the paper size directly from excel:

File - Page Setup - Page - Options - Advanced - Paper Size

all i could do is pick the prsets from the drop down list
