Keep cell in sight as scrolling through worksheet
 

Hello,
I would like to be able to view a cell (floating on the page) as I'm
scrolling/working through the worksheet. I am not very familiar with
coding/programming. I would need assistance on making it run too. I am
using Excel 2003.
