Scroll bar
 

Hello all:

How can I make a scroll bar with the form controls (or activex control if
needed) to do, that if I scroll to one side the the active cell should move
up one number from 1,2,3,4,5... and so on, and on the other side should
subtract 1,2,3,4,5... and so on.

Please let me know.
