I have a excel sheet with me where i would like to do something new
This is a format which will be from Column (A - G)
(A)sr No, (B): item Code, (C)Status,(D)Description,(E)Qty, (F) unit Price
(G)Total

in Row no 1-3 will have some details like supplier name , supp code and all
in the above row i.e. in A3 there will be supplier name ( a drop down menu)
and in C3 will be of Item Code(Drop Down menu), when i select a particular
supplier name in the next dropdown menu the only item supplying by that
supplier should appear, and when i will select that item and will click a
button that should get posted in B5 and in D5 itz discription to. and when i
will select another item it should come below to this row i.e. in B6 and will
go on till i select.

and below to this ( i.e. if i m selecting 10 items then ) below to this item
table (like from A13 to A16) some other calculation to find out the factor
and will come. so any one can guide me how make this effective.

( I wil have separate sheet for each supplier like Supp1, Supp2, Supp3....
and each sheet will have Supp Name, Item Code, Description, Price,


FORMAT IS GIVEN BELOW : CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE?

Supp.Name (Drop Down)
Supp Code _________(on selection of supp Name code should automatically appear

Item Code ( Drop Down) This shoud take item code from the relavent supplier
sheet , i.e. selected in supplier Name Drop Down menu)

Item Description: on selection of Item code Description should appear
Submit(Button) on click of submit item should post on the below location
and on selecting second item should insert new row below to sr no. 1 and add
item 2

(when finish adding the items below calculation should appear below to the
