why the Excel macro that is allow to edit and run the in excel 2000 and
excel 2003, is disable the functionality in MS Excel 2007, we need manual
Unprotect the worksheet to allow it run.

yes, the Excel macro has been created with password, but it does not need to
go to REview- Unprotect Worksheet, every time run the macro in previous
version of office.
