Excel Sheet Unviewable ~ able to open, but sheet proper all blue

Can successfully open excel sheet. Can effectively see data in sheet when
print preview. But under normal operations, table sheet is completely blue.
Menu bar works and data cell entry shows information contained within cells.
But no data can bee seen in excel sheet proper.

Any ideas. Changed zoom and view without success.

To find out if someone is playing tricks, on the memu bar click
Formatcells.Patterns and see if the blue color shows in the display area.
If it does, then click the cell above the row numbers and to the left of the
column lettters to select all. Then FormatCellsPatternsNo Color. If the
Font is also colored then FormatCellsFontAutomatic. Then save the file.
If it shows the color on restart, then someone has put a macro in your system
to cause the color to appear. You will need to delete the macro.
