date list in excell with e-mail notification
 

a - b - c -d (though row k)
name - bday - anniv - hire
joe - 08/05/08 - 08/06/08 - 08/08/08

looking to create a macro to auto e-mail a set recepient and a cc
anytime a cell date reaches today and 15 days prior to date.

subject will be "important date" (include row name if poss)
needs include message "Important Date" and include row 1 and the
subject row.

macro needs to run all the time if poss as well

any help would be much appreciated
