Excel4v API behaving differently in Excel2007 vs. previous version
 

I've noticed that the Excel4v calls used to insert or delete rows seems to be
affecting the internal values for sheet extents. This is only for Excel2007,
it works fine on other versions of Excel, and has for years. any ideas?
