Excel 2003 crash after install XP SP3
 

I have an XLL add-in that uses Excel4 SDK to interact with Excel. Everything
works fine until I install Service Pack 3 for XP. After that, even my most
basic operations in my XLL crash Excel. I have searched the web, and
everything Microsoft, and haven't found anything particularly helpful... is
anyone else experiencing this?
