Saving workbook to a website

I'm using Excel 2000 and also 000webhost.com to store files

Dim oBk As Workbook
Set oBk=Workbooks.Open("http://webtitle.net63.net/test.xls")
oBk.SaveAs "http://webtitle.net63.net/testUp.xls"

Second line works and loads workbook
Third line fails - Why ?
