AutoFilter and Sharing
 

I have a template that takes a data sheet from a shared file and appends
current activity and saves as the current month's template. Part of the
process is to un-share the file and remove autofilter. The issue is the
autofilter controls are still present but the autofilter has been removed via

Sheets(1).AutoFilterMode = False

The controls are there but do nothing. Autofilter will work when turned on
and not when off but the controls stay. Sharing has not been turned on. Any
ideas?
