Equation Editor and substituting vales
 

I have been using the Equation Editor to start my math problems, but all I
can do is substitue values into the formula. Is there a way to have it
calculate the answers? I would also like to be able to take the formula from
Word and have it insert into an excel spreadsheet, but the symbols used in EE
are not compatible with the transfer. Does anyone have a suggestion for
automating this process?
