e-mail excel files from a folder
Hi,
I have a folder that contains about 25 excel files. The file name are based on the managers name (i.e. "Robin Smith") etc. from different departments. What I want to do is to have some way of e-mailing only selected "managers", within the folder and I would like to use the same subject area, message for all to be e-mailed. I don't want to type the same subject and use the same message over again for all the files I selected. Is this possible? I am using Ooutlook 2007, any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance. cheers |
