Find/Filter highlighted cells
 

I have used conditional formatting to find duplicates in a spreadsheet, they
are now highlighted with yellow colour. How can I easily filter / find the
highlighted cells in a large spreadsheet and avoid scrolling thousands of
lines?

I suggest to use a helper column with the same formula in it used in CF. Then
You can use Autofilter (for TRUE) to display the duplicated cells only.
