Comparing several rows of data for 1 record
I have several rows of data pertaining to one record, how do I do a
calculation that will select a single record (containing several rows) and then compare the data in a given cell in each of the rows pertaining to that one record and tell me whether the value has increased or not. The rows are numbered i.e. 1,2,3, and 4 |
Comparing several rows of data for 1 record
I saw this posting this morning and wondered what you were talking about so I
thought I'd check back to see what others said. But apparently I was not the only one who doesn't understand what you are asking to do. Please be a bit more specific and perhaps we can help you. Thanks. |
Comparing several rows of data for 1 record
Hi Mike
Let me try and explain this better I have several rows of data relating to one patient but different events in their hospital stay which are numbered 1,2,3,etc. I am trying to compare whether their test results (which is a number) increases or decreases and if for instance it increases and is now over 30, count it as a yes and if it goes down count it as a no. Can you help? "Mike H." wrote: I saw this posting this morning and wondered what you were talking about so I thought I'd check back to see what others said.
