By "open another sheet", I assume you mean to go to a different sheet (tab)
within the same workbook, not to a sheet in a different workbook.

Open the VBA Editor (ALT F11) and insert a Module (from the Insert menu). In
that module, use the following code. Change the name of the worksheet to the
name of the sheet to which you want to send the user.

Sub GoToSheet()
On Error Resume Next
ThisWorkbook.Worksheets("Sheet1").Select '<<< CHANGE SHEET NAME
End Sub

Now, back in Excel, go to the View menu and choose ToolBars and there select
Forms. Drag a command button from the Forms toolbar on to the worksheet.
Change the text as desired. Right-click the command button and select
'Assign Macro'. There, choose 'GoToSheet'. Now, when the user clicks the
button, the 'GoToSheet' procedure will be executed and that procedure will
take the user to the worksheet specified in the code.
